Eligibility:

Account-Free Service:

Our Service does not require account registration. However, when you claim a high score, you provide a username that becomes publicly associated with your score.

• Cheat, hack, or use unauthorized tools to manipulate scores
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other automated means to play games
• Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
• Submit false, fraudulent, or manipulated scores
• Use offensive, inappropriate, or profane usernames
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Overload or interfere with the Service's infrastructure
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

When claiming a high score, you must choose a username that:

• Is between 3-16 characters long
• Contains only letters, numbers, and underscores
• Does not contain profanity, hate speech, or offensive content
• Does not impersonate others or violate trademarks
• Does not contain personal information (phone numbers, addresses, etc.)

We reserve the right to remove any username that violates these guidelines without notice.

iownthescore is built on fair competition. We take cheating seriously and employ various anti-cheat measures including:

• Score validation and bounds checking
• Rate limiting to prevent spam
• Detection of suspicious gameplay patterns
• Manual review of flagged scores

Consequences of Cheating:

• Immediate removal of fraudulent scores
• Permanent ban from submitting future scores
• Public disclosure of cheating if egregious

Our Content:

All content on the Service, including games, graphics, text, code, and trademarks, is owned by NexSolvo LLC or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Your Content:

By submitting a username and score, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and distribute this information as part of our leaderboards and Service.

We reserve the right to:

• Remove any username, score, or content that violates these Terms
• Modify or reset leaderboards if necessary
• Ban users who repeatedly violate our policies
• Take action against suspicious activity without prior notice

We are not obligated to monitor content but may do so at our discretion.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time
• Change game rules, scoring systems, or leaderboard structures
• Update these Terms with notice posted on this page
• Perform maintenance that may temporarily interrupt service

We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors or defects will be corrected
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexSolvo LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of data or scores
• Service interruptions or errors
• Unauthorized access to your information
• Actions of other users

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NexSolvo LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your username or submitted content

Informal Resolution:

Before pursuing formal legal action, you agree to contact us to attempt to resolve any dispute informally.

Governing Law:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where NexSolvo LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms otherwise remain in full force and effect.
